1. How much does an engagement cost?
Each engagement is quoted individually based on scope, duration and format. After a free discovery call you receive a written proposal with the total fee in Canadian dollars (CAD $). Nothing is charged before you accept it.
2. How do I pay?
After you accept the proposal we send an invoice. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard through Wise's secure checkout, or by bank transfer. See Payments, delivery & security.
3. Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancellation and refund rules depend on how far in advance you cancel and how much work has been delivered. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before accepting a proposal.
4. We don't have a PMO yet. Where do we start?
Most clients start with the PMO diagnostic or an executive workshop. It gives you a clear picture and a right-sized roadmap, and the PMO can start small and grow with your organization.
5. Do you work with a specific PPM tool?
We are tool-agnostic. We help you choose and configure the platform that fits your process, and we connect it to Power BI for executive reporting.
6. How are services delivered?
Services are delivered remotely (video conference) or on-site, as agreed in the proposal. Documents and dashboards are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
